Today, Balcraggie House is a centre for many different activities: Eddie is a Playwright and Storyteller who writes and teaches in Scottish Theatre and Scottish Cultural Studies; Donna is an organic gardiner and cook.

The house also hosts study and activity holidays and courses, with students coming to the house on cultural exchange programmes on an occasional basis.
