From Inverness: A82 to Invermoriston, then A887 to join A87 towards Skye.

At Shiel Bridge turn left for Glenelg.

The road now winds over the high pass of Bealach Ratagan from which there are wonderful views of mountain scenery in all directions.

When you reach the flat of the main glen, Balcraggie House is on the left. And there is a sign next to our walled garden which reads ‘Glenelg Earth twinned with ‘Glenelg Mars’!
